A sensational equation to the beauty that resides,

The Woman is the force that drives emotions,

From the vulnerable hearts of men who have built monuments in her name,

to the gentlest cries of a newborn, seeking refuge in her warmth,

The Woman is a story from the time of her birth.

Be not fooled by her vulnerable disposition,

For she has reached the stars

with her fortitude,

She has braved a world of men,

She has empowered herself with knowledge,

She has rewritten the role of women.

When a woman fights for a cause,

a victory she seeks for all.

She is the first chapter as she is the last,

She is as infinite as the lasting Sun,
The Author of Your Heart.

Happy International Woman’s Day to all women across the world. We have come a long way since the 1909 march by 15,000 women demanding shorter hours, higher pay, and voting rights in New York. Let us hope that the fire for equality and justice burns bright in each one of us.
